We are seeking an enthusiastic individual with a passion for food and strong interpersonal skills to work in our Consumer Contact Centre. You will be a key member of our team, based at our corporate office in North Strathfield.
In this role, you will primarily be responsible for responding to consumer enquiries and resolving complaints across our diverse range of products. Our consumers are passionate about their favourite products and will be sure to provide their honest feedback particularly on new lines or flavours. You can be assured that no two days are the same in this role.
We will provide the necessary training to develop the skills required for dealing with consumers, however we are seeking an individual with the ability to make sound judgements and resolve issues on a day to day basis.

- Excellent organisational skills
- Strong level of computer literacy and social media savvy
- Previous call centre experience within the FMCG industry would be an advantage
