More about the role:
As a Marketing Manager, you will rely on your previous experience within similar roles to identify opportunities to accelerate growth through revolutionary innovation, whilst also maintaining the foundational elements of the role such as brand planning, communications development, media planning and digital and shopper marketing.
You will partner with a dedicated consumer insights team across commercial and sensory to develop an understanding of our consumers, brands and innovations. From insight to brief and the creative development and integrated media planning, you will bring our products to life in a whole new way. Your leadership skills will also be pronounced whilst you manage a team of direct reports, where you will mentor and guide them to success within their roles.
What will you need to succeed:
Your ability to build strong working relationships with cross functional teams such as Sales, R&D, Supply Chain will be key to your success.
You’re a curious marketer, exploring non-traditional channels and breakthrough innovations in the marketing space. You’re experienced as an accomplished Marketing Manager, having worked across core and breakthrough marketing innovations, and ready to take on a new challenge. We are looking for a person who is confident in leading others, and should therefore demonstrate management experience and the ability to inspire and motivate a team to success. Previous Food/ FMCG experience within the Australian market is highly desirable.
We are looking for someone with strong aspirations to further develop their Marketing careers with Campbell Arnotts and lead us to new heights in the future, who can be a part of our Marketing Leadership team in the future.
