As a Service Desk Analyst you will be responsible for a range of tasks including monitoring & resolving all 1st level incidents; escalating all 2nd & 3rd level incidents; documenting frequent problems and their resolutions as well as managing communication with our afterhour’s service desk ensuring all overnight calls are logged.
Your amazing communication skills will be called upon daily when providing timely updates to users, answering calls and responding to emails, as well as providing face to face support to users with your focus on minimising the impact and loss of service to our customers.
With most service desks availability is key! Our team work on a weekly rotating roster with start times staggered between 7am – 9am.
We’re looking for someone who is passionate about IT and making a difference! You will have either completed an IT related TAFE course or be currently studying your degree in a related field. You will need to have a good grasp on HTML coding and your communication skills both written and verbal will astound us! Your high energy, passion to learn, strong attention to detail and your ability to follow a process and solve problems will hold you in good stead.
