In 2006 I became the region's Vice President-Strategy and Transformation, and less than a year later, I was offered the opportunity to relocate to New Jersey to lead the global SAP business process software implementation. I have had the opportunity to continue the SAP deployment, gain approval for international roll-outs, and extend our team's role into other transformational projects in Finance, Sales, and Human Resources.
