Audit

Working in Campbell's Audit function, you can objectively, systematically, and thoroughly evaluate and help enhance risk management, internal controls, and governance processes to protect and improve Campbell's operations.

Finance and Accounting

As a member of Campbell's Finance and Accounting team, you can develop and implement cost-reduction, growth-oriented strategies that build economic value for Campbell and its shareowners. You can ensure adherence to appropriate internal controls, generate accurate financial reports, and safeguard corporate assets. You also can support financial operating and strategic plans and profit forecasts, tax planning and compliance, cash and debt management, pension management, investor relations, and external development.

Human Resources

In Campbell's Human Resources, you can help our employees use their diverse skills to make a difference. You can support training and development, recruitment, and retention programs to engage employees and maximize their contributions to building the world's most extraordinary food company.

Information Technology

By supporting and managing Campbell's computer-based information systems, software, and hardware, you can help drive innovation and communication across Campbell's global workforce.

Marketing

Working in Campbell's Marketing group, you can be actively and directly involved with day-to-day brand management and direction setting. You can immerse yourself in consumer research and product positioning and development; create goals, objectives, strategies, marketing plans, and advertising; and manage budgets and suppliers.

Research & Development

In Global R&D, you can differentiate Campbell as a worldwide leader in the consumer packaged foods industry through innovation, particularly in two primary areas:

  • Product and packaging growth platforms of convenience, nutrition and wellness, and reducing Total Delivered Cost (TDC).
  • Product and system quality to meet customer and consumer needs for safety, value, and nutrition, protecting Campbell's brand equity by ensuring compliance to internal and external requirements.

Sales

As a member of our Global Sales team, you can be the face of Campbell, providing a critical link with our customers. You can implement Campbell's retail category strategies and tactics while understanding, selling, and executing customer business plans and merchandising activities.

Supply Chain

About 2/3 of Campbell's employees work in the Global Supply Chain, at headquarter locations or at one of our 41 manufacturing plants around the world. On this team, you can be involved with all aspects of producing our products and delivering them to store shelves. You can work with Campbell's business teams, as well as suppliers and trade partners, to optimize our Global Supply Chain and nourish people's lives everywhere, every day. Two of our largest Supply Chain groups are Manufacturing/Operations and Engineering, and Procurement.

Manufacturing/Operations and Engineering

As one of Campbell's Manufacturing/Operations and Engineering professionals, you can design, construct, install, and operate plants, equipment, and systems. Your work will support new products, quality improvements, and increased production. You also can ensure safe, efficient operations that protect employees and comply with all applicable regulations.

Procurement

You can make a priceless contribution as a procurement professional at Campbell, maintaining inventory levels, placing purchase orders, and controlling all purchases through corporate-wide strategic sourcing initiatives. With our business partners, you can leverage world-class business practices and Campbell's global scale to negotiate and manage supplier relationships and drive productivity and innovation.
